Payments
The Ivory Magnolia accepts all major credit cards and e-checks through Paypal only. Paypal is fast, easy, and secure! Plus, you do not have to open a Paypal account to use your credit card. E-checks usually clear in about 3 days. Your order will be processed after your payment clears Paypal.
Shipping
Most orders process and ship within 2-10 business days after your payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or nationally recognized holidays.
Large orders may require a little more time to fill.
Domestic orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail® or Priority Mail® with delivery confirmation.
International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail® International. Duty, taxes, and other customs fees charged on internationally shipped packages are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. It is against the law for The Ivory Magnolia to mark international purchases as a "gift" on customs forms, please do not ask us to do so.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us.
